Application fields
Mainly used for oil exploration equipment, drilling equipment, mechanical oil production equipment, oil drilling and production equipment and accessories, and oil and gas collection and transportation complete sets of necessary materials.
The production process of ASTM A519 GR 4130 alloy steel pipe mainly includes smelting, rolling and heat treatment. In the smelting process, vacuum induction furnace or arc furnace smelting is adopted to ensure that the alloy elements are fully melted and evenly distributed; in the rolling process, multi-pass rolling process is adopted to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the steel pipe; in the heat treatment process, the internal structure of the steel pipe is more uniform and stable by controlling the heating temperature and cooling speed.
