Welded pipe fittings

Welded pipe fittings are commonly used connection components in pipeline systems, used to connect pipes together or change the direction, size and branch of pipes. Welded pipe fittings can be divided into the following main types:

1. Flange:

Flanges are used to connect pipes to equipment or other pipes. They are connected by bolts and gaskets are used to ensure sealing.

2. Tee:

Used for branching pipes to divert the fluid of the main pipe to two branches. Common tees include equal-diameter tees and reducing tees.

3. Elbow:

Used to change the direction of the pipe. Common elbow angles are 45 degrees and 90 degrees, and there are also some elbows with special angles.

There are two types of long radius elbows and short radius elbows. The long radius elbow has a larger radius of curvature and less fluid resistance.

These welded pipe fittings are widely used in pipeline systems in industries such as oil, natural gas, chemicals, electricity, and construction. Choosing the right type and material of pipe fittings is essential to ensure the reliability and safety of the pipeline system.
