Zinc aluminum magnesium steel
Zinc aluminum magnesium steel mainly refers to steel coated with zinc aluminum magnesium alloy. The technology of this coating is to add aluminum and magnesium and other elements during the hot-dip galvanizing process to form a special metal alloy layer.
Manufacturing process
1. Alloy coating: In the process of hot-dip galvanizing, a zinc aluminum magnesium alloy coating is formed by adding aluminum and magnesium and other alloy elements.
2. Hot-dip galvanizing: The steel is first pre-treated by pickling and then immersed in molten zinc aluminum magnesium alloy liquid to form an alloy coating on its surface.
Uses of zinc aluminum magnesium materials
1. Zinc aluminum magnesium coil, zinc aluminum magnesium strip steel, zinc aluminum magnesium tube.
2. Zinc aluminum magnesium is divided into high zinc layer and general zinc material. The high zinc layer can reach 275g, and the surface is similar to the galvanized strip steel without flower. It is not as bright as the galvanized strip steel, but it is more corrosion-resistant than the galvanized strip steel. The zinc aluminum magnesium with a high zinc layer is more corrosion-resistant than hot-dip galvanizing.
