What is the difference between high-pressure boiler tubes and low- and medium-pressure boiler tubes?

The differences between high-pressure boiler tubes and low- and medium-pressure boiler tubes are as follows:

1. Different implementation standards

High-pressure boiler tube implementation standard: GB/T5310-2018

Low and medium pressure boiler tube implementation standards: GB/T3087-2018

2. Different usage environments

High-pressure boiler tube: The working pressure is generally above 9.8Mpa, and the working temperature is between 450℃~650℃

Low and medium pressure boiler tubes: The working pressure is generally not greater than 5.88Mpa, and the working temperature is below 450°C.

3. Different materials

Suitable materials for high-pressure boiler tubes: 20G, 20MnG, 25MnG, 15MoG, 20MoG, 12CrMoG, 15CrMoG, 12Cr2MoG, 12CrMoVG, 12Cr3MoVSiTiB, etc.

Suitable materials for low and medium pressure boiler tubes: 10#, 20#

4. Prices are different

The price of high-pressure boiler tubes is higher than the price of low- and medium-pressure boiler tubes.
