Heating of tube embryo:

Rolling:

Online test:

Commonly used online detection methods include ultrasonic detection, through-probe detection, etc. These methods can effectively reveal cracks, defects and impurities inside the pipeline, ensuring that the quality of the steel pipe meets standards.

Magnetic leakage inspection:

Magnetic flux leakage inspection is a detection method for surface defects of steel pipes. It uses the principle of magnetic field to detect the leakage magnetic field of the magnetized part of the pipe, thereby discovering defects on the surface of the steel pipe.

Magnetic flux leakage inspection has the characteristics of high sensitivity and fast detection speed, and is suitable for automatic inspection of a large number of steel pipes.

Through this series of steps, seamless high-pressure boiler tubes are accurately rolled to ensure that their quality and performance meet the strict requirements of high-pressure boilers. These steel pipes are widely used in high temperature and high pressure environments in energy, chemical and other fields.
