Production process of plastic lined galvanized pipe
The production process of plastic-lined galvanized pipes is divided into three steps: first, the plastic lining process is performed, the second is the steel pipe electroplating process, and the third is to strengthen the protective treatment of the outer layer.
1. Plastic lining process: by first coating the plastic on the surface of the steel pipe, and then performing heat treatment to make it evenly adsorbed on the inner wall of the steel pipe, thereby forming a high-strength lining material.
2. Steel pipe electroplating process: First, the plastic-lined steel pipe is degreased, pickled, etc. to remove impurities such as surface rust and grease, and then immersed in a galvanizing tank for electroplating treatment. After this process, the surface of the steel pipe is covered with a uniform and moderately thick zinc layer, which makes the anti-corrosion performance of the plastic-lined galvanized pipe better.
3. Strengthen the outer layer protection treatment: Usually, a layer of protective coating is sprayed on the outer wall of the steel pipe to strengthen the protection. The main purpose of this step is to prevent the outer layer of the steel pipe from being mechanically scratched or corroded by various chemical substances, thereby ensuring the safety and stability of the plastic-lined galvanized pipe during use.
