3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe
3PE anti-corrosion steel pipe is a steel pipe with excellent anti-corrosion properties and is widely used in petroleum, natural gas, chemical industry, water supply and other fields. It uses three-layer coating technology, including a bottom layer of epoxy powder coating, a middle layer of adhesive and an outer layer of polyethylene anti-corrosion layer. This anti-corrosion layer structure gives 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipes excellent corrosion resistance and long life.
First, the underlying epoxy powder coating provides good adhesion and corrosion resistance. Epoxy powder coating has excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance, and can effectively prevent the surface of steel pipes from being corroded. At the same time, it can also provide good adhesion to ensure a strong bond between the coating and the surface of the steel pipe, which is not easy to peel off.
Secondly, the adhesive in the middle layer can connect the bottom coating and the outer polyethylene anti-corrosion layer. The adhesive has good adhesion and corrosion resistance and can effectively connect the bottom coating with the outer anti-corrosion layer to form an overall anti-corrosion layer structure. This structure can effectively prevent steel pipes from being corroded and extend the service life of steel pipes.
Finally, an outer polyethylene anti-corrosion layer provides additional corrosion protection. Polyethylene has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and can effectively prevent steel pipes from being corroded by chemical substances and mechanical wear. At the same time, the polyethylene anti-corrosion layer can also play the role of heat insulation, reduce energy loss, and improve the transmission efficiency of the pipeline.
