What kind of plate is galvanized aluminum-magnesium plate?

Aluminum-magnesium-zinc steel plate is a new type of highly corrosion-resistant coated steel plate. Its galvanized layer is mainly composed of zinc, plus 11% aluminum, 3% magnesium and trace amounts of silicon. The thickness range of the steel plate that can be produced is 0.27mm--9.00mm, the production width range is: 580mm--1524mm.

What are the characteristics of galvanized aluminum-magnesium?

1. Strong corrosion resistance: Using modern high-tech anti-corrosion coating technology, the surface coating is uniform and dense, with good corrosion resistance, and can be used for a long time in harsh industrial environments without loss. Its corrosion resistance is much higher than that of traditional hot-dip galvanized steel panels, 10 to 20 times that of hot-dip galvanized steel panels.

2. High strength: The galvanized aluminum-magnesium plate is evenly coated on the aluminum alloy substrate, which can greatly improve its strength and hardness, resist deformation, and ensure service life and performance.

3. High weather resistance: The surface coating of galvanized aluminum-magnesium board has excellent weather resistance, can be used for a long time in harsh natural environments, and is not easy to fade and age.

Advantages of zinc aluminum magnesium alloy plate

1. Light and rigid, light in weight, high in strength and large in carrying capacity.

2. High strength and rigidity, not easy to deform.

3. Strong sound insulation, earthquake resistance, moisture-proof and fire-proof.

4. Easy to install and maintain.

5. Luxurious, beautiful and durable.

Galvanized aluminum-magnesium steel plate uses

Al-zinc-magnesium steel plate can be used directly as a finished product or as a base plate for color-coated plates. It can mainly be used as roof and wall materials for steel structure building envelope systems.
