What is metal colored stone tile?

1) Aluminum zinc plated steel plate is made by hot plating with a solution composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon. Its workability and coating properties are basically the same as galvanized steel plate. The normal service life of aluminum zinc plated steel plate is 2-6 times that of ordinary galvanized steel plate.

2) The top of the aluminum zinc coating is a fingerprint resistant coating, which protects the aluminum zinc layer. At the same time, the fingerprint resistant coating can better bond the aluminum zinc steel plate with colored sand particles. The color of the fingerprint resistant coating is divided into colorless transparent and light green.

3) Sintered colored sand is the decorative layer and base protection layer of metal tiles, which is made of basalt particles with a certain particle size through high-tech coloring technology and high-temperature sintering. It has over ten colors and can withstand ultraviolet radiation, reducing the noise caused by rainwater on metal tiles.

4) Acrylate is a key material for bonding steel plates and colored sand, and also serves as a protective layer on the surface of sand mining to prevent rainwater leakage in the details and extend the lifespan of sand color.

Colored stone metal tile has the characteristics of weather resistance, moisture resistance, salt water spray resistance, impact resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, heat resistance and incombustibility. This product is made of aluminum zinc plated steel plate as the substrate and has multiple layers of protective film treatment. It can withstand harsh weather such as cold, hail, storm, rain and snow, as well as extreme heat, earthquakes, and natural disasters, and will not crack, age, burn in fire, or be blown by wind due to this.
