Calculation of elbow weight

Calculation formula: (outer diameter - wall thickness) X wall thickness X 0.02466 X R multiple X 1.57 X nominal diameter ÷ 1000 = theoretical weight of 90 degree elbow

for example:

426*10　90°R=1.5D R1.5D*1.5

(426-10）*10*0.02466*1.5*1.57*400÷1000=96.6Kg

①180° elbow is calculated by 2 times of the table, 45° is calculated by 1/2;

②R=1D elbow weight is calculated according to Table 2/3;

③For the weight of the wall thickness of the non-standard elbow, the calculated average value close to it can be taken;
