Low Temperature Carbon Steel Plate (LTCS Plate)

LTCS (Low Temperature Carbon Steel) plate is a carbon steel plate specially designed for low temperature environment, which can maintain toughness and impact resistance under extreme low temperature conditions.

Main characteristics of LTCS plate

1. Excellent low temperature toughness: maintain good impact resistance in an environment as low as -50℃, suitable for low temperature use.

2. Good mechanical properties: stable strength and ductility in low temperature environment, able to withstand external force impact.

3. Strong corrosion resistance: corrosion resistance, suitable for storage of low temperature liquids or gases such as oil and natural gas.

Application scenarios

1. LNG storage tank: used for liquefied natural gas storage tanks, maintaining material toughness at extremely low temperatures.

2. Cryogenic pipeline: suitable for natural gas and petrochemical cryogenic pipelines to ensure safe and stable fluid transportation.

3. Cryogenic pressure vessel: used for high-pressure cryogenic liquid or gas storage in petrochemical and chemical industries.
