Overseas clients visit Yangtze Steel Group to discuss cooperation on 23CrNi3Mo seamless pipes
A few days ago, a delegation of overseas clients visited Yangtze Steel Group to conduct an on-site inspection and hold business discussions regarding seamless steel tubes made from 23CrNi3Mo steel. The Group' s senior management and the international trade team extended a warm welcome to the visitors and presented physical samples of the 23CrNi3Mo seamless steel tubes in the sample display area, providing a detailed introduction to the product' s material properties, specifications and applications.
23CrNi3Mo is a low-carbon Cr-Ni-Mo alloy steel which, owing to its excellent hardenability, impact toughness and wear resistance, is widely used in the field of mining drilling tools, such as rock-drilling bits, roller-cone bits and impact drill pipes. Following carburising and quenching, this material achieves high surface hardness and wear resistance, whilst the core retains good strength and toughness, enabling it to withstand the demanding conditions of high-frequency impact and abrasive wear. The two parties held preliminary discussions regarding the product' s chemical composition control, mechanical property specifications, heat treatment processes and export specifications.
During the meeting in the conference room, the two parties engaged in frank discussions on details such as the dimensional accuracy, delivery condition, testing standards and target market access requirements for 23CrNi3Mo seamless tubes. The client expressed interest in Yangtze Steel' s supply capabilities in the field of these special alloy tubes and raised specific enquiries regarding matters such as the subsequent confirmation of technical parameters. The two parties thoroughly exchanged views on the potential for future cooperation.
Following the talks, the two sides posed for a group photograph. This visit has deepened mutual understanding and laid a solid foundation for further technical collaboration and business negotiations.
